Dr. Tal is the owner and visionary behind The Spa @ Skin Care Experts, bringing his expertise and passion for skin health to every aspect of the med spa. As a board-certified dermatologist, he leads our team with a commitment to excellence, safety, and personalized care. While he spends most of his time in clinic, Dr. Tal also offers select cosmetic treatments on designated days, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of medical oversight and results-driven care.
Brynn Krukemeyer
Certified Physician Assistant
Brynn, PA-C is a dedicated and compassionate physician assistant committed to providing exceptional patient care. Brynn earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Toledo in 2018, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Mount Union in 2020. With a strong background in Dermatology and Emergency Medicine, Brynn brings a patient-focused approach to the practice. Botox is her go-to cosmetic procedure for delivering subtle, refreshed results
Outside of the office Brynn enjoys spending time with her husband and her lab Penny and their newest addition, her son! She enjoys reading and trying out new crafts she finds on Pinterest!
Lauren Shegos, DO
American Board-Certified in Dermatology
Dr.Shegos is a board certified dermatologist and member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr.Shegos served as chief resident during her residency at OhioHealth in Columbus, Ohio. She specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, Dr.Shegos is passionate about providing top-tier skin care as well as striving to make people feel confident in their own skin! She loves enhancing natural features through dermal filler treatments.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active with exercise and sports, and spending time with her family, especially her son Jett!
Heather Shippey

With 12 years of experience in the skincare industry, Heather brings an abundance of knowledge and a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. She specializes in dermaplaning, DiamondGlow facials, and creating customized skincare regimens tailored to individual needs. What Heather loves most about being an esthetician is the ever-evolving nature of skincare and treatments —she’s always excited to learn new techniques and stay on top of the latest trends. Outside the treatment room, Heather is a busy mom of three, constantly on the go with sports and school activities. She also has two energetic fur babies that keep her on her toes. In her downtime, you’ll find her cheering on her favorite hockey team—Go Red Wings!
